Harry Hynes Hospice is a non-profit organization that supports patients and families dealing with the symptoms and stress of an advanced illness.

Care delivered in the home, wherever the patient calls home, with prescheduled visits from hospice team members. Family, friends or caregivers serve as the primary caregiver in the patient’s familiar environment.
