Angels Care Home Health located at 11 North Highland Avenue in Chanute is a Medicare-Certified Home Health agency providing quality and cost-effective home health care services that are focused on each patient’s unique needs. Under the direction of the patient’s physician, we administer medical services, such as skilled nursing, restorative therapy and medical social services, to the patient while strictly adhering to their physician’s plan of care.

For more than 13 years, we have provided skilled nursing, restorative therapy and medical social services to the patients and caregivers we serve in Chanute and the surrounding areas.
